2. Services

Trusted Pest Control provides professional pest management services including inspections, treatments, and ongoing pest prevention for residential and commercial properties across Gauteng.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the client and a site assessment.
• Final pricing may vary depending on the extent of the pest infestation discovered during the on-site inspection.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific guarantee terms vary by treatment type and will be detailed in your service agreement. If pests return within the guarantee period, we will re-treat at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property.
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians.
• Ensure pets and children are removed from treatment areas as directed.
• Grant safe access to the property for scheduled treatments.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Trusted Pest Control and is protected by South African intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
